Come spend a weekend in my light-filled studio, surrounded by garden, birdsong and clay.

My in-house workshops are small, intimate gatherings where we slow down, work with our hands, and explore form, texture and surface together.

You’ll be guided step by step, supported in finding your own creative voice, and welcomed into a relaxed studio environment where conversation flows as easily as the tea.

I attended Jena’s Layered Clay Vessel Workshop class recently. I absolutely loved it! Here are my take outs:

• Small class size. There were only five of us, so it gave Jena time to interact individually and regularly with each of us.

• The venue is lovely. Jena’s workshop is very large with more than enough room for everyone. Her garden and sculptures are a delight.

• We covered many different techniques that can be applied across different project types.

• Jena explained and demonstrated everything very clearly and simply.

• We all made amazing pieces. Each one was quite different, but all were based on Jena’s teaching.

• Lunch was lovely.
